EDENLIFE COMMUNITIES
Norm Jones
Norm is the Sales Manager for Edenlife Byford, the vibrant over 50s lifestyle resort under construction just down the road on Thomas & Briggs Rds.
With 30+ years in property and a warm, people-first approach, Norm is all about real chats, honest advice and helping folks find the right fit for their next chapter.
Old school in the best way, he’ll always choose a cuppa over an email and after seven years in the lifestyle village world, he says it’s been the most rewarding part of his career.
So, why does Norm work out of Co.Lab?
“It’s just a great vibe. You’re surrounded by people doing cool stuff and there’s always someone to bounce ideas off...or help out when Excel or my printer has a moment! It’s not all business either, we love a morning coffee catchup or a cheeky Friday beer together!"

WISE EMPLOYMENT
Jouvet and Sarah
As one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit employment services providers, WISE Employment delivers government-funded employment programs like Disability Employment Services (DES) and Workforce Australia, offering support that goes beyond employment to help more Australians thrive in work and life.

PARENT PATHWAYS
Steph Morris
The SMYL crew were looking for a private space with all the essentials - somewhere they could meet with clients, grow their services and feel connected to a like-minded business community. They love that it’s all-inclusive, accessible, close to public transport and includes reception support...but even more, they’ve made it their own.
Their space is kid-friendly, welcoming and filled with toys and motivational quotes - creating a calm, supportive environment for the parents and families they work with.
SMYL’s Parent Pathways program is a free service supporting parents and carers of children under six to work towards personal, study, or work goals. With tailored support, an experienced mentor and help covering certain costs (eligibility applies), it's all about removing barriers and building futures.

THE OFFICE COLLECTIVE
Jacqui Gandy
After years of working from home, Jacqui was over the distractions (laundry, pets, dishes, kids... you know the drill) and done with working solo. She craved focus, real connection and a team of like-minded business owners around her.
Enter: Co.Lab.
Now she’s got a beautiful, welcoming space to meet clients, get in the zone and surround herself with people who get it.
With a knack for turning chaos into clarity, Jacqui helps business owners streamline their ops, get organised and breathe easier. She’s all about simplicity, systems and helping you work smarter, not harder.
So why Co.Lab?
“It’s fresh, it’s got that professional but laid-back vibe and it’s our community. Being surrounded by other business owners doing cool things gives me the energy I didn’t even realise I was missing. We bounce ideas, get fresh perspectives and actually enjoy showing up to work. Plus, I can finally leave work at work and be present with my family at the end of the day. No distractions, no guilt. Just focus, flow and good company.”

WICKEDLY BRILLIANT
Kate Rodgers
Kate is a business and experience designer helping teams rethink, reimagine and grow with curiosity-led tools and workshops.
After 18 months of freelancing from home, Kate realised she was craving connection but without the overhead of her own office.
She started with hot-desking here at Co.Lab, soaking up the good vibes and renewed energy from simply being around other business owners. Fast forward a few months, and she created her dream creative studio right here at Co.Lab.
Why Co.Lab?
“It’s the community, hands down. Being surrounded by like-minded people has reignited my creativity, grown my business and reminded me how powerful shared space can be. I’ve found connection, new opportunities and a genuine sense of belonging.”
