This is Lauren, founder of the Women’s Fitness Academy - a woman centric education platform supporting women in the fitness industry to grow their business, confidence and impact with a body positivity focus.
After running her biz from home, Lauren realised what a lot of us know deep down…Working from home is convenient, but it can also feel a bit like a trap.
Lauren started as a hot-desker and now she’s a regular face in the space, bringing energy, insight and a passion for helping women build strong, successful businesses.

You’ve probably seen Jade from Soula Digital around or at least seen her in one of the awkward (us!) but fun TikToky type vids she’s whipped up for the Co.Lab socials.
Jade is a social media manager, content creator and marketing student who helps brands show up online with confidence, personality and style (she’s also a big fan of a trending audio and a cheeky caption).
As a regular, casual user at Co.Lab, Jade pops in when she needs a change of scenery from working at home - whether it’s planning and producing content, knocking out edits or just doing a bit of study.
