The fully equipped boardroom at Byford Co.Lab provides everything you need for your next meeting, team building session, interview or simply if you want to work solo in a different space! - Fast business grade WIFI - TV with easy laptop connection for your presentations - Whiteboard for brain storming - Complimentary snacks & coffee all day Maximum: 8 people Whether you need it for a few hours or the whole day, the boardroom is all yours - no need to worry about rushing through your discussions and focus on your agenda without worrying about the time. Catering options are also available upon request for an additional cost. Need to arrive before 9am or stay later than 5pm? Let us know on your booking form — we’ll do our best to accommodate, but early or late access isn’t always guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
CO.LAB BOOKING POLICY || BOOKING CONFRIMED: Once submitted, your booking is confirmed. You’ll receive all details via email | CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: You can cancel or reschedule online up to 48 hours in advance. For changes within 48 hours, please contact us directly | ARRIVAL: Please arrive a few minutes early to check in smoothly | USE OF SPACE: Our spaces are for professional use. Guests are welcome but must be registered. Please respect the space and other members | PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We’re not responsible for lost or damaged items.
